Remote maintenance warnings by email as standard; augmented-reality QR-code guided support and self-generating maintenance schedules at higher integration levels.

How long does RTC support a rig after delivery?

RTC supports its systems for the working life of the rig and backs them with a 20-year supply and support guarantee, covering spares, obsolescence and ongoing technical support.

Do you provide calibration and recertification?

Yes — calibration and recertification are provided through a Trescal/UKAS partnership, alongside periodic maintenance and health checks.

Can you service or upgrade rigs RTC didn't build?

Yes. RTC services, upgrades and manages obsolescence on third-party and legacy rigs, including control retrofits onto a modern platform.

Do you offer commissioning, FAT/SAT and operator training?

Yes. RTC delivers IO checkout, commissioning, Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT), operator training and full lifecycle support.
