What we collect

The only personal data this website collects is what you submit through the contact form: your name, company, email address and message. We do not collect analytics identifiers, advertising data or device fingerprints, and this site sets no tracking cookies.

Why we process it

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you have chosen to send us. We use it solely to reply to and administer your enquiry.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted, unless the enquiry has become a contractual or quality record with its own retention requirement.

Sharing

Enquiry data is shared only with our website hosting and email providers acting as processors under contract, and within the Integrated Test Systems group where needed to answer your enquiry. We do not sell or trade personal data, and we do not transfer it outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. Contact sales@rtcelectronics.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
